LogoWelcome

We proclaim God’s love for everyone through his son Jesus and the Holy Spirit in our lives today.

We invite and welcome all people to join with us in loving fellowship

to hear the truth of the Gospel of Christ as given in the Bible,

to encounter Jesus personally as our Saviour,

to understand and relate the Gospel to the challenges we face in our everyday lives,

to care, support and pray for others and the world,

to be good stewards of everything entrusted to us,

and to worship God through the example of our lives.

Our aim is to be the church in the community for all the community – like a beacon shining across our neighbourhood and drawing people in to encounter our loving God.

What sort of church are we?

Everyone is welcome at St Christopher’s.  We welcome visitors and regulars of all ages at our 10.00 am Sunday Services, which provide a variety of worship styles, music and age-relevant teaching.  Refreshments are served after all our services.

There are also lots of midweek events where smaller groups meet for fun and friendship, so do have a look in our Regular Groups page for more details and find one that caters for you.

St Christopher’s is an Anglican Parish Church, which means that we are part of the Church of England.  We are trying our best to be a listening church – hearing what God is saying to us and at the same time hearing what people are saying and needing.  What matters to us is that you feel at home here with us and able to spend some time getting to know the love of Jesus for you.

This church is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and you can read a summary of our beliefs here.
